Back Nine Press takes pride in processing and shipping your order as quickly as possible. Our processing time is approximately 1 to 2 business days. We cannot ship books between 4pm on Fridays and 8am on Mondays. If you order a book late on Friday, or over the weekend, it will ship promptly on Monday. Choosing an expedited shipping method does NOT affect the processing time for the order.

Back Nine Press cannot be held responsible for delayed deliveries by the carrier (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx). Once we hand the package over to the carrier, it is outside of our control. 

All estimated delivery times are calculated by the carrier. As with all estimates, it is not a guarantee, nor did Back Nine Press devise the estimate. It is up to the carrier to deliver your package on time.

Delivered But Not Delivered Package: If tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the shipping address on the order, but you have not received your products, please contact the carrier directly and open an investigation. Please also check in with neighbors to see if the package was delivered to their residence by mistake; this resolves 9 out of 10 of these mysteries. Back Nine Press cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states “DELIVERED” to the shipping address.

We appreciate your understanding and patience.

If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, we will accept the return of items that are in new, unused condition, when accompanied by a printout of an original Back Nine Press order confirmation email. Without your original receipt, invoice, or gift receipt, you will be offered a merchandise credit for the item.

Returns of books are accepted in original, sellable condition within 20 days of purchase for a full refund. If a return is not in the original, sellable condition, then a merchandise credit will be issued. All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please insure your shipment, as lost shipments are the sender's responsibility.

Once we receive your items in original, sellable condition, we will initiate a refund with the original form of payment. Credit card refunds will be issued on the card that was used for the original purchase. Please allow for one or two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your statement.
